Part of the team which built a new Talentsky feature called Workshops. Utilized React, Redux, Typescript and Chakra UI for front-end development. Personally built features like 'Your Workshops' - which displays workshops of the current user and a workshop recommendation, and 'Reviews' section for workshops and instructors, to name a few. Added functionalities like infinite scrolling, skeleton loading states etc., for the above features to enhance user experience.

Developed insights for enterprise users and organizations, which includes filtering insights based on user badge and redirecting user for in-depth analytics based on user, role, and organization names. Also, implemented skeleton loading states to enhance user experience during data fetching from APIs. Utilized React, Redux, Typescript, and Chakra UI for front-end development.

Enhanced the performance of key pages in the Talentsky application by 15% through the elimination of layout shifts and the deferral of offscreen images. Performance is measured using Google Lighthouse.
