There are product design and development pros and cons for using a third party APIs. On the plus side, we can leverage an expert in the functionality. The downside is there may be functionality limitations based upon the capability of the partner. Within our network, we leverage Stream.io for feed and messaging including live chat. When developing Workshops, we assessed a few different third party providers eventually landing on Zoom. In this Workshop, I will share how we came to this decision.

Conducted thorough testing of the Talentsky Messaging Chat Mole. This feature was introduced to allow users to communicate in realtime when they are on the App.

Contributed to the research and implementation of a new test management tool to modernize our testing standards and practices.

Performed End-user functionality testing post upgrade. Ensured the quality of the product is working as designed.
