Collaborated with our customer to improve user engagement for the Talentsky Enterprise solution. The goal for each user is to reach Mentor status, drive followers and continue to post and share their skills through Achievement posts. Secondly, each Mentor should conduct Workshops to share their knowledge with others. Available with v3.2, we created a Top 20 Mentor and Instructor points system visible to each user on their profile and to the enterprise through the Success App.
