Created custom events and user interaction tracking with Segment and Mixpanel to improve engagement for Talentsky.com.
Plan and execute the launch of a new product. This involved research, market analysis, and managing the product roadmap.
Developed and launched Talentsky 3.0 corporate website that yielded highly improved bounce rates with engaging content and intuitive click paths.

Created the Data Analytics capability across the entire customer journey funnel. This includes setting up ways to measure acquisition to activation to conversion to retention to revenue.
Put together a diagram that details the complete sum of experiences that customers go through when interacting with a company. This covers everything from the first touch on the Marketing Website to realizing value in the product.

I interview doctors around the country on a variety of topics and learn more about how they provide care to others.
Conduct remote 1-on-1 or panel interviews that are recorded and then prepped for a Content Manager Producer for editing and publishing.
The podcast is distributed to help educate patients and family members about various topics, such as communication techniques or strategies to cope with or to avoid personal misunderstandings.
Convert video and audio recordings into digital formats for editing or archiving.

Worked directly with Picasa Design lead to design new screens in Picasa v2, a photo organization software that was released by Google for free after they acquired the company.
Led the UX for Google Calendar working alongside Product managers and engineers to introduce new features that would improve the usability of the product and delight users.

Responsible for meeting 1:1 with professors to teach them how to create their course website and how to use different software applications. In addition to mentorship, I led 10 how-to workshops and led the re-design of the tech department's website.
