Developed a use case for enterprise customers to attract new sales prospects as their subject matter experts (SMEs) create Free Public Workshops to showcase their experience and skills.

Partnered with current enterprise customer to develop a new capability called Skills Marketplace. This use case enables the enterprise to share their subject matter expertise through free public Workshops on Talentsky. Skills Marketplace enhances the enterprise brand while creating analytic insights for business development.

Worked closely with a prospective new customer to develop a use case called Skills Marketplace. The business goal is to inspire the company's user community to make extra income sharing their skills, which grows the community knowledge and quantifies the economic value of knowing the technology. Powered by an live virtual Workshop experience on the Talentsky Network.

Collaborated with business operations leader and Del Morgan & Co on the assumptions and revenue forecast of the Talentsky business model, including enterprise SaaS & media driven consumer acquisition and RPU through Workshops.

With a focus paid advertising as our primary revenue strategy, a new funding partnership was required. After an extensive review of capability and culture that aligns with Talentsky, the board of directors unanimously approved the engagement of Del Morgan & Co. https://delmorganco.com/

Collaborated with Chris Hummel, President Green Thread Horizon Media, the #1 US Ad Agency, to develop a multi-year plan to attract new users to Talentsky through paid advertising. The objective of the partnership is to continually optimize the customer acquisition cost (CAC) relative to the revenue per user (RPU) through Workshops.

In collaboration with design and engineering led the feature prioritization and UX functionality for Talentsky v3.2. This release introduces many innovations including Top 20 Mentor and Top 20 Instructor points visible on the user's profile, Mentor Page and Workshops Page. Additionally, v3.2 provides a profile Workshop Card to enable users to view the economic value of sharing their skills to their followers.

Collaborated with our customer to improve user engagement for the Talentsky Enterprise solution. The goal for each user is to reach Mentor status, drive followers and continue to post and share their skills through Achievement posts. Secondly, each Mentor should conduct Workshops to share their knowledge with others. Available with v3.2, we created a Top 20 Mentor and Instructor points system visible to each user on their profile and to the enterprise through the Success App.

Worked with existing enterprise customer to establish a program whereby they would introduce the Talentsky Enterprise solution to their customers, establish the initial pricing tier, document the sales order then support the deployment and success of the career development use case.
