In this Workshop I will describe our “Dual RPU” business model. That is, the revenue per user when selling Talentsky Workshops to an enterprise and the revenue per user when selling Talentsky Workshops direct to consumer. This approach is much more complicated than one channel only, but creates flexibility and scalability for a new venture.
Task assignment
Focussing on a great product is not enough. Focussing on a great business modal is also not enough. In this Workshop you will learn how to design an integrated approach to product and business model design to scale a new venture.
