In this Apprentice level Workshop I will explore the purpose of AI as a technique to move from expecting users to think about what they want and searching a database, to a model of introducing suggestions that make it easier for users to be productive. The Talentsky Employment AI is based upon three core data sets; roles, tasks and skills, along with images. I will demonstrate and explain how it all comes together for user.
