Recruiting teams continue to become more and more data-driven as tools improve, yet people data is and will always be fragmented across multiple systems, incomplete, tricky to access, but still endlessly valuable. Whether you're a brand new recruiter or an experienced leader, this training will aim to give you some basic perspectives on managing and influencing with data, and feeling more confident in both your day-to-day data life and incorporating great data into key strategic planning.
Task assignment
Attendees will be asked to prepare 3-5 slides identifying an opportunity in their business, summarizing data that supports their argument, and providing 1-2 recommendations that they can present to their team or leadership. Attendees are welcome to make up their own scenario, or apply something real from their role and get feedback!
