Developed a strategy to empower managers on a new social platform to build external talent pipelines by allowing them to publish skill demand and connect with people who aspire to be seen as skill relevant. This new approach to talent sourcing protects both managers and the workforce from unnecessary activity until the signal between the employer and aspiring talent is aligned.
Rick Devine had a dream to build a new social media platform to standardize work skills and make the world a better place.
