Collaborate with product marketing to support go-to-market plans for product releases, PR events, and customer outreach

Design and propose a career planning program to help employees educate themselves on the organization's career opportunities and flex projects to develop themselves to meet their personal goals.

Create promotions in collaboration with advertising managers for company services, products, and brands as needed in order to create customer awareness and generate sales.

Own relationships with key external agency partners involved with marketing channels

Create field marketing quarterly budget and opportunities

Act as a liaison to ensure that channel programs, organizational marketing, field marketing and sales activities coincide

Plan and promote career and employment-related programs and events, such as career planning presentations, flex projects, work experience programs, and cross-functional workships

Work with partners to enable their sales teams, build marketing programs and build pipeline

Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities, evaluating current marketing trends and research, in order to promote business services and products to target audiences.

Participate in a live Zoom session to experience Talentsky, a new social media experience that makes it easy to communicate, compare, and share skills by posting Achievements. The mission of Talentsky is to establish a skills standardization approach for everyone to connect with careers of interest through standardized skill data.
