Conduct independent research project on a the impact Covid-19 had on undergraduate students. Obtain necessary research approvals, independently conduct quantitative research, manage research data, and write and edit a research thesis.

Selected to be on the leadership council of the rowing team at The George Washington University. As a member of the leadership council, the members and I will work together to help provide structure and leadership to the team.

This project involved collecting data regarding competitors' products, prices, sales, and analyzing market information to determine the advisability of adding new lines of merchandise and operations. Once the project was completed, I presented my findings to the office in order to help them understand where the company can improve and continue to outperform their competitors.

Participate on the Women's Rowing team at George Washington University as a DI athlete. In addition to practices and competitions, I attend events to further my career and have taken on leadership roles as I have progressed through my college career.
