Design and lead a training to address the knowledge gaps in the organization. Developed materials and ensured they were distributed to appropriate employees.
By implementing various counseling and conflict management programs, Employee Relations improved employee turnover. During this project, we gathered many opinions from employees and made sure we applied input to the new initiative.
Work with the training team to establish and document successful practices for delivering effective learning programs and keep employees well trained and engaged.
