Lead and manage the customer experience by tracking data and studying user feedback and flows. I provide the results in an analytical report to the leadership team, ensuring that users' experiences are improving and ultimately generating more revenue for Talentsky. My reporting is also tied directly to marketing by understanding how many users are joining given the budget, and how we can project revenue and user conversions from the data.
