Principal UX Designer
Ran a research initiative on two key areas for TalentSky's success: Moments and Roles. My report identified key adoption barriers and usability issues. Based on my research results and recommendations, we made changes to the roadmap to address many of the issues.
Before we launched a new version of TalentSky's corporate website, we wanted to compare users' comprehension of the existing and new site. Based on our test results, we greatly simplified the text and removed much of the business jargon.
Our users' comprehension of TalentSky's skills is key to adoption. I conducted research sessions and identified some key gaps in how people understood our skill categories. Working with the workforce science team, I proposed design solutions that made it easier for users to find skills.
