Set the strategy and was responsible for day-to-day operations for Gap, Inc.'s human resources, internal and external communications, government and public affairs, social and environmental responsibility and foundation teams. During more than 10 years in the top role, partnered with three CEO's to transform Gap, Inc. from a domestic-focused, three-brand business to five brands, operating successfully globally. Reinvented the HR function, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, executive development, succession planning and an innovative total rewards strategy. Led Gap, Inc.'s Global Responsibility strategy and discretionary category, up from No.24 in 2009.
