Analyst, Customer Success

I have the opportunity to “wear many hats” at TalentSky. In parallel to owning in house marketing initiatives, I am the main point of contact for two of our four early adopters. I collaborate with Jiana Bowie, another Customer Success Analyst, to create turnkey toolkits that will enable a successful implementation and TalentSky adoption within the enterprises. Lastly, I have been cross trained to support Work Force Science research such as “Jobs Analysis” which will ensure a streamlined on-boarding process for our clients.

January 2017 - Present (10 Months)

Marketing Communications Specialist

Redwood City, CA, US

TalentSky has seen significant breakthroughs in the last year, which has enabled new agile teams to form such as Workforce Science, and Customer Experience. These teams, in parallel with Product, can collaborate cross functionally as we drive towards our goal for the upcoming 2.0 feature release.

My new role as Marketing Specialist in the Customer Experience Team, will not only be to help drive Marketing efforts, but also Customer Success as we progress through 2017. I will be working side by side with our COO and U/X Designer(s) to create beautiful and effective content, support templates, and implementation templates that will guide us towards success with enterprise adoption as we go live. I will also work closely with our Marketing Manager & Brand Strategist for research support, PR management, and any additional published content related to TalentSky.

Analyst

Redwood City, CA, US

TalentSky represents a revolutionary breakthrough in employment visibility for companies and individuals: Bringing together a first-of-its-kind comprehensive professional skills library (enhanced by selected elements of IBM's Talent Frameworks data) and social networking, the online platform creates unprecedented transparency into employer skill demand, giving all those who work insight into the value and relevance of their current professional skills, as well as insight into how they can develop skills to become relevant for new opportunities.

In addition to supporting both the CEO and Co-Founder of TalentSky, I am responsible for helping the Customer Success team manage our customer relationships and enabling enterprise and individual users to be successful on our platform. I have also participated in “role description analysis” to expedite the on-boarding process.

Founder & Creator

San Jose, CA, US

Just a small town girl born and raised in Hawaii, now living in the Bay Area, CA. I am inspired by everything around me; historical buildings, victorian homes, architecture, fictional novels, Female Entrepreneurs, brightly painted brick walls, dance, the ocean, food, people and fashion. The content of this blog is as eclectic as my life and will tell the story of the people I’ve met, the ones I’ve known, the designs that inspire me, and everything in between. https://coconutsinthebay.com/

During my time at Nordstrom, I was accepted into the Retail Internship Program, in which Sales Associates train for a management position.
